Welcome back to the summer term. Remember the children may wear their summer uniform if the weather permits. There will be no homework this week. Please remember there is no swimming this week and also Monday is an INSET DAY.
MATHS

This week we will be learning all about right angles using set squares. We will also be learning about 2D shape and 3D shape.

Mrs Sarsfield’s Group
In Mrs Sarsfield’s group will be problem solving using the RUCSAC method. The children will be completing questions on Multiplication and division.
LITERACY
This week we will be learning all about explanations and how to write an explanation using steps to success and also a marking ladder too.
RE
We are starting a new topic called ENERGY and completing our topic about Lent and Easter – ALL GIVING.
TOPIC
This week we will be continuing our with International Primary Curriculum topic and making up an assembly on BRIGHT SPARKS - ELECTRICITY . You will find out the date of the assembly when finalised in school.
SPANISH
In Spanish we will be reviewing FOOD.
We will be reviewing food vocabulary and how to say what they like to eat. We will be using the following web sites too.
