Welcome to our blog spot. The children had a great few days back and we are all settling into our routines. Please make sure your child has their in door PE kit as we start doing PE every week.
HOMEWORK
Homework will start again at the end of the week and the new project topic homework will be sent out too. See below for details.

Project homework
The children produced excellent project homework last term and they presented their work in lots of ways. It was wonderful to see how much everyone had enjoyed their work.
This half term’s topic is
What’s on the menu?
The topic is about the history of food, food around the world, how food is produced and health and diet.

Examples of work: power points, large posters, models, map work, written reports, songs, videos, menus,  etc.

Your child will be expected to give a short presentation to the rest of the class to show their finished product, during the last week: February 10th to 14th February.
Good luck and once again we are really looking forward to the wonderful creations and great ideas.
Please note this is to replace the sentence homework. However, there are a few children who are not completing their homework and teachers may ask them  to do sentences homework instead.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to come in and see one of the three and four team.
Maths homework will remain the same with my maths and also a maths exercise. Mrs Morgan’s and Mrs Harding’s groups are up to task 10. Spellings will be given out on Friday too.
