Tuesday 7th January 2014

Welcome to our blog spot.
Happy New Year and we hope that you had a great Christmas. We hope the children are now ready to return with lots of energy.
The staff and children were very upset and moved to say goodbye to Mr Barker. We wish him the best of luck in his retirement and we hope to see him soon.
Please remember that we are going to a pantomime on Thursday morning so any parents willing to accompany us please let us know.
RE
We will be starting a new topic on local community. The children will understand what it means to belong to a community.
They will understand the different roles people play in our community and why and be able to follow the sermon story and why it is important for a community. The children will be able to explain how Jesus plays a role in our community today.

ENGLISH
In English this week we will be starting to learn about instructions.
Steps to success:

Have I listed all the things I will need?
Have I set out things in the order they need to be done?
