Welcome to our blog spot this week. Please remember that we have set lots of activities on MY MATHS. We will be sending homework out at the end of this week. It  will be a Science homework on light and magnetism.

Please make sure that your child has their PE kit in school from Monday as we do  PE straight away. We will be practising for Sport’s day on the 11th of July in the coming weeks so the children need to have suntan lotion, hats and water bottles in the hope the weather improves!!

YEAR FOUR HOLY COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION 

Please remember that on Friday morning the children need to come in their Holy Communion clothes for photographs. Afterwards there will be a tea party and an assembly to present them with their certificates. The children may bring in board games to play with and a change of clothes - non uniform. Please remember to send in the refreshments either the day before or on Friday. Thank you.

This week the children will be learning all angles, measuring angles and types of angles.
The children will be using a protractor to measure angles.

We will be learning about hyphenated words, words ending in tion and carrying on with diary writing too.

RE New life
This week we will be finishing the topic new life and also be completing the assessment. We will be starting a new topic BUILDING BRIDGES. We will be thinking about how people build bridges and why. We will also be thinking about relationships and friendships.
